Céline Thoué est cofondatrice avec Pierre Abernot de l’épluche-doigts, un atelier de gravure, de typographie et d’impression. Situé à Lyon pendant plusieurs années, le collectif s’est retiré il y a quelques temps déjà dans la belle campagne du Haut-Beaujolais.
"Le dessin est un élément structurant l’ensemble de mon travail qu’il soit transformé en gravure, (en relief ou en creux), ou qu’il prenne du volume (en grès ou porcelaine). Je navigue d’un médium à un autre, et m’intéresse au territoire dans son ensemble et à la géographie dans son héritage humain, sa structure, ses phénomènes."

Céline Thoué is a co-founder with Pierre Abernot of "l’épluche-doigts", a workshop of engraving, typography and impression. Situated in Lyon during several years, the collective withdrew quite a while ago in the beautiful countryside of High Beaujolais.
" Drawing is a structuring element of my whole work that it is transformed into engraving, (relief or in hollow), or that it sets of the volume (in stoneware or china). I navigate from a medium to an other one, and interest me in the territory in general and in the geography in its human inheritance, its structure, its phenomena. "
